Apartment 50yard2 composed by 1 bedroom with 2 beds, a great living room, a comfortable entry, a bathroom. You’ll have enough space for all your luggage also outside the apartment in the box (if you want) or in the covered balcony. You can request to have the beds in the two different rooms. You could also require an additional bed (extra fees). Box for car on request. Autonomous boiler. You’ll have your own bathroom with bidet and shower. NO KITCHEN, NO WASHING MACHINE. Other facilities Include: microwave toast maker TV. Second floor without lift in a private building. Completely furnished with the POSSIBILITY (if you have your laptop computers) TO SURF ON INTERNET (adsl 6mb/s). Calm and extremly safe district of Turin, at 5 minutes by walking from the underground (it takes 10 minutes to reach the city-center). House next to bus stops and taxi station. It’s 20 minutes fair from the Caselle Airport by car. Great covered balcony with furniture good for mountain bags or shoes. This balcony is in front of the private house garden. Bar, pizzeria, restaurant, fast-food near to the flat (there is a Bar just in front of the house). You’ll have complete independence according to the night arrivals or morning departures. I only ask you honesty and correctitude according to the use of the flat and respect of neighborhood. We will clean the house once a week. We will change the sheets once each 2 weeks. Room Rates

During peak period up to 100€ per flat. In other periods just 50€ a flat a night. Call me for long period, we'll decide a different price.
